I was born in Ogden, Utah and spent my childhood between there and Everett, Washington. I am the youngest of six children, one of which is a fraternal twin brother. I have lived in Utah permanently since I was 12.
I am a project manager for a commercial HVAC (heating and air conditioning) company. I have worked for the same boss for almost 20 years.
I like to go camping. Usually our camping trips involve taking the dirt bike and 4-wheelers or the fishing boat with us. I think that since Jen was raised and likes to camp too, it makes it so that we have a great activity in common.
I am really looking forward to being a dad and being able to teach a child the same skills that my father taught me. I think it will be good to me able to pass along the knowledge that a person learns in their lifetime to another generation.

We took some time to enjoy the great outdoors with a trip into the Uinta Mountains with the horses over the 4Th of July. It was a little surprising that we got snowed on. Yeah, I know, it is the mountains and at 10,000 feet anything can happen.
Well to explain the photos this is Eric and Shadow. As you can see they are very focused on the same object. The bull and cow moose that were the object of their attention. We really enjoy having the ability to see these big, wild animals in their natural environment. It was totally worth getting snowed on.
